Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to keep all facilities operating efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Oversee the maintenance of guest areas, including bars, pools, lounges, communal spaces, and staff facilities.
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a culture of quality workmanship, accountability, and safety. Manage renovation projects and facility improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, electrical, fire, and building regulations.
