This role is ideal for a technically capable grower who enjoys hands‑on responsibility and takes pride in producing high‑quality ornamental crops within a protected environment.
Working as part of an established growing team, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management of crops, from propagation through to finished plants. This is a technically focused position suited to someone confident in making informed growing decisions and managing plant health at scale.
