We are currently seeking an experienced Preparation Chef to join our team.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Lebanese and Oriental cuisine
• Previous experience in Central Kitchen management is a must
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to supervise and organize kitchen preparation operations efficiently
• Excellent knowledge and practical application of HACCP standards , food safety, and hygiene procedures
• Ability to manage production planning, stock control, and kitchen operations effectively
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
