Act as trusted finance business and sparring partner to the Head of Exchanges and his leadership team, supporting and challenging strategic and operational decisionsLead key controlling processes, including closing, forecasting, budgeting and mid-term planning, ensuring high-quality insights, transparency and timely deliveryPrepare, comment and present monthly financial cockpits, variance analyses and ad-hoc deep dives for senior and executive managementDrive performance steering by identifying risks and opportunities, challenging assumptions and translating financial transparency into actionable insights and clear recommendationsContinuously improve controlling processes, reporting tools and data foundations, contributing to the continuing success of the Exchanges business What You Bring
