Head Chef/Assistant Chef

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and oversee authentic Chinese Muslim (Halal) dishes with consistency and high quality.
• Develop and improve menus while maintaining food quality and profitability.
• Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Ensure strict compliance with Halal requirements, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen expenses.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and customer satisfaction.
