We are looking for a hands-on professional who will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading the team from the front while maintaining high standards of food quality, service and compliance.
This role has a strong focus on organisation, planning and commercial control to support growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and control all aspects of the kitchen and catering operation. Lead, supervise and support the kitchen team in daily food production. Deliver a high-quality breakfast and lunch offer in line with agreed menus. Plan menus and food production in line with budgets and client requirements.
