Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an award winning Hotel, set in Minehead, Somerset. The successful Head Chef will ideally have previous experience of working at rosette/fine dining, and be a passionate and inspirational individual. Working with a team of talented chefs, you will directly alongside the Hotel GM, whilst working together to lead a fantastic dining experience.
