Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the kitchen, including coordinating food preparation, food serving processes, and staff scheduling.
- Skilled in Chinese-style wok cooking , ensuring consistent taste, high quality, and stable presentation of dishes.
- Assist in menu improvement, control ingredient costs, and enforce standardized kitchen SOPs.
- Work closely with store management, carry out tasks efficiently, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic kitchen management skills
- Ability to prepare stir-fried dishes proficiently
- Good coordination and work planning abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- 6 Days work week / 10 hours a day (1 hrs break)
