What You’ll Do
**Kitchen Management**:
Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service and maximize use of downtime for preparation of food and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
Work with management to develop and maintain staff schedules to meet operational needs.
In the event of sickness or absence of kitchen staff, the Head Chef is required to fulfill shift obligations as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
