Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership.
• Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
• Ensure smooth opening, closing, and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and the Departmental Support Center.
• Takes a lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and sanitized work environment and customer‑facing areas.
• Assist Area Manager with training new Team Members and consistently coach the use of operational tools while following standard operating procedures.
• Support initiatives by communicating new information to Team Members and supporting goal achievement.
• Safeguard company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.
• Ensure the highest quality of product and service is delivered to the customer.
• Handle stock requisition, ordering, and receiving; conduct inventory bi‑monthly.
