Head Barista & Beverage Program Lead

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Senior or Head Barista to lead the beverage programme for a new micro café concept in Singapore. You will work directly with senior management to develop coffee selections, recipe creation, costing, and quality standards while building and guiding a small barista team.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on brand development, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
