Hct Business Segment Manager (Liner Hanger Systems)

In line with our Success Management goals, HCT are now searching for a new Business Segment Manager. The Business Segment Manager has the SQ, HSE and P&L responsibility for his/her respective Sub PSL(s) and will report directly to the HCT Country Manager.
**Work tasks**
- Leader for specific Sub PSL(s) within the HCT organization.
- Responsible for SQ, HSE and P&L performance of his/her respective business unit.
- Leading and managing work of onshore and offshore employees.
- Delegating tasks to ensure efficient running of ongoing and planned operations.
- Manage resources and continually optimize organizational size and structure.
- Identify technological gaps and communicate needs to PSL.
- Identify market opportunities and actively contribute to strategic objectives of the business.
