HCM Workday Specialist

Responsibilities

Lead the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of Workday Core HCM processes, including worker data, job and position management, supervisory organizations, staffing transactions, and organizational structures. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and IT teams to gather requirements, assess impacts, and deliver scalable Workday solutions that align with business needs and best practices. Own and optimize key HCM business processes such as hiring, onboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational assignments to ensure efficient workflows and a positive user experience. Maintain foundational Workday HCM configuration, including supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, worker types, staffing models, and related system objects that support accurate HR transactions.
