HCM Data Transformation Consultant

This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Visual Builder, as well as exposure to technologies such as Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle API Gateway, and OCI Vault. You are expected to mentor junior developers, own technical deliverables, and drive best practices for integration and automation.

• Troubleshoot production issues and persistent problems and work with key stakeholders to address the root causes in OIC.
• Design, build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including Application Integration (Orchestration), Scheduled Integrations, and File‑based Integrations.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP‑based integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) and on‑premises/cloud applications.
• Implement B2B flows (if applicable), error handling, retry mechanisms, and OIC monitoring/logging best practices.
