As a Field Safety Advisor reporting to the Regional Safety Supervisor, your main focus will be enforcing safety expectations among staff and visitors. You will be instrumental in developing a safety culture in the field while working a rigged schedule of 24 days on and 14 days off. Your practical insights will guide incident investigations and ongoing safety training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a safety resource within the project site
• Coach field staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols
