Hardware Engineering Technical Leader

What You'll Do:

• May lead and execute projects that span multiple teams.
• Drives innovation on medium-to-large features from technical design through completion and mentors others.
• Drives the Hardware Engineering strategy within the group and Cisco, and ensures cross functional collaboration on projects.
• Leads the innovation, design and architecture of new hardware products, services and solutions.
• Optimizes product design by bringing together cross functional teams, by leading and mentoring others and improving the technical design of solutions.
• Applies knowledge of the industry, end‑user experience, and the context of hardware within Cisco's ecosystem of products.
• Re‑enforces guidelines/standards within and outside of ownership.
