Hardware Deployment Technician

We are seeking a hands-on IT Hardware Deployment Technician to support the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of endpoint technology across the organization. This role is responsible for imaging, staging, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows-based devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related hardware.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting enterprise Windows environments while delivering excellent service to end users.
Key Responsibilities

+ Deploy, configure, and support Windows laptops, desktops, and related hardware for new hires, refreshes, and technology rollouts.

+ Perform device imaging, provisioning, and software installation using enterprise deployment tools.

+ Install, upgrade, and replace hardware components including memory, storage drives, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
