Hard FM Supervisor – Reactive & PPM Site Lead

Mountjoy is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee Property Maintenance operations in Horsham. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in reactive maintenance and PPM tasks in a Hard FM environment. The Supervisor will maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage on-site work efficiently. Technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. A full driving license is required, and SSSTS certification is desirable.
