Handyman - Site Support Services

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Performs decontamination of personnel, equipment and facilities. Performs general cleaning of facilities as necessary or assigned, such as: floor mopping, cleaning equipment and access areas, changes step-off pads; collects and transfers waste and equipment; and assists in radwaste processing and shipment activities. 2. Handles laundry consisting of collecting, sorting, washing, drying, monitoring, folding and distributing plant clothing, anti-contamination clothing and related equipment. 3. Works with multi-discipline crews doing work requiring varying degrees of physical dexterity performing manual tasks, such as: installing and removing shieldings, loading and off loading vehicles and moving equipment. 4. Operates forklifts, pick-up trucks and other vehicles not requiring a commercial driver’s license. 5.
