Handyman /general worker

Ndaka Property Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and proactive individual to join our team to work full-time as a handyman and general worker.

Responsibilities Conduct general maintenance and handyman duties on properties Inspect and identify maintenance issues Source and identify properties for sale or rental opportunities Build relationships with property owners and potential clients Make calls to property owners and prospective clients Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day activities Ensure company properties are well-maintained and presentable Requirements Matric/N3/NQF Level 4 Certificate Must have valid driver's license and know how to drive Good communication and people skills Basic handyman/maintenance experience will be an advantage Must be trustworthy, proactive, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Added Advantage N3 Certificate in Plumbing/ Worked as plumber N3 Certificate in Electrical Studies/ Worked as ...
