HANDYMAN/GENERAL WORKER WANTED!!!
Ndaka Property Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and proactive individual to join our team to work full-time as a handyman and general workerRESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct general maintenance and handyman duties on properties
- Inspect and identify maintenance issues
- Source and identify properties for sale or rental opportunities
- Build relationships with property owners and potential clients
- Make calls to property owners and prospective clients
- Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day activities
- Ensure company properties are well-maintained and presentable
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric/N3/NQF Level 4 Certificate
- Must have valid driver's license and know how to drive
- Good communication and people skills
- Basic handyman/maintenance experience will be an advantage
