• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel including minor carpentry plumbing painting and electrical work.
• Repair or replace fixtures such as doors windows furniture and cabinetry to maintain a high standard of guest areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from housekeeping front desk and other departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas guest rooms and back-of-house facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Assist with setting up event spaces moving furniture and other tasks to support hotel operations.
• Maintain and organize tools equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for repair tasks.
• Follow hotel safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
