Handyman

Hi! We have a **Handyman** position available in **Clearwater, FL** .

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Pay:** $18.50/hour
**Position:** Temp-to-Perm
**Work Environment:** Outdoor work
**Language:** Spanish required

**Plumbing experience is required** , including:

+ Replacing faucets and toilets
+ Diagnosing and repairing leaks
+ Operating sewer augers

Other responsibilities include:

+ Basic electrical work (replacing outlets and light fixtures, understanding GFCIs, breakers, and basic wiring)
+ Grounds maintenance (mowing lawns, removing weeds, planting flowers, picking up trash, and keeping the property clean)
+ General maintenance and apartment turnover tasks
