£17-£20 an hour depending on experience operative

Immediate Start-Must be able to drive

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general handyman repairs and planned property maintenance.
Painting and decorating walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards, and communal areas.
Preparing void properties to a high standard for new tenants.
Replacing and changing light fittings, lamps, bulbs, LED fittings, and ceiling pendants.
Carrying out electrical safety checks before tenant move-ins.
Replacing damaged light switches, socket outlets, fused spurs, and electrical faceplates.
Testing lights, switches, sockets, and extractor fans to ensure they are safe and fully operational.
Installing and replacing smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms where required.
Replacing bathroom pull-cord switches and minor electrical accessories.
