Hands-On Yacht Captain — Shipyard Project Lead

Ocean Management GmbH is seeking a hands-on Captain to work with the operations team during the final weeks of a yacht yard in Spain and to lead preparations for the vessel's deployment.

You will bring command experience on 30-40m yachts, strong technical knowledge, and proven ability to liaise with contractors, shipyards, and management, ensuring top readiness and safety standards.

This is a proactive leadership role requiring excellent communication and organisational skills.
