Hands-on La Mian Noodle Artisan & Demonstrator

JR FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Hand-pull Noodle Specialist to perform live, on-site demonstrations of traditional la mian at the noodle station for corporate diners.

You will showcase dough preparation and noodle pulling, ensuring consistent thickness and texture while engaging guests with the craft's history. Collaborate with the kitchen team to align noodle production with broth and toppings, train staff on noodle handling, and maintain a clean, safe demonstration area.
