• Be a friendly and professional ambassador for the community, fostering positive relationships with residents, tenants, guests, and stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for lifestyle‑related inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Promote a strong sense of community belonging and engagement.
• Define and implement the overall handover strategy, procedures, and timelines across the project portfolio.
• Establish a robust mechanism to ensure all final settlements are collected from owners before handover, including Service Charge payments and any other dues.
• Ensure seamless experience from Home Orientation to Key Handover including Title Deed issuance and Utility connections in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
