Job Summary

Responsibilities
-Achieve individualsales targets to contribute to overall company revenue
-Understand andpromote hairdressing, hair treatment, and beauty services to customers
-Maintainprofessional and courteous communication with clients to build lastingrelationships
-Support dailyoperations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
-Monitor personalsales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets
Salary
Base salary: $2,000
Commission: 10% onindividual sales
