The Role

The Gym Director is a full‑time, career‑level position responsible for the overall success of the location — its people, programs, members, and growth. You will report directly to ownership and run day‑to‑day operations with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate loves teaching great classes and enjoys the leadership work of building a team, hitting goals, and creating an experience families rave about.
