Job Description

We are looking for a Guidewire & Java Developer to join our team on‑site in Monterrey, Reciente Leon. The role involves assisting with business development activities, troubleshooting, supporting deployment and build processes, and improving technical debt within the Guidewire Billing Center (V10) and Policy Center (V10).

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with run and change business development activities.
• Troubleshoot and address environment issues.
• Support delivery teams with SDLC build/deploy issues.
• Use Team City/Octopus (or similar tools) for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Provide Agile product delivery support.
• Examine logs to diagnose issues.
• Improve technical debt and collaborate with lead developer.
• Understand and manage deployment processes for code stability in billing and policy center.
