We are seeking two friendly and professional people to join us on a permanent basis (Weekends and 3 Rostered Week Days) as a front of house staff member within our Visitor Services team.
As a Guide Host, some key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging guided tours and visitor experiences
* Providing exceptional customer service and responding to visitor enquiries
* Processing sales, maintaining records and stock at the Museum Shop
* Promoting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all visitors
The salary for this role ranges from $59,592 - $67,370, inclusive of a 4% superannuation contribution. Appointments within this range are based on skills and experience.
