Guidance Counselor

Job Summary

The Guidance Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and counseling services that support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and career development of students. The role conducts individual and group counseling sessions, implements guidance programs, manages student referrals and interventions, and maintains student records to promote student well-being and academic success. The Guidance Counselor also collaborates with faculty, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate support for students.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students with academic, behavioral, emotional, and personal concerns.
• Provide routine interviews, follow-up sessions, referrals, and intervention programs for students requiring guidance services.
