Synopsis

To plan, control, and optimize Guest Transportation operations by translating demand into actionable capacity plans, ensuring real-time operational execution, and actively managing vendor performance. The role acts as the operational backbone of the function, bridging strategy and execution by ensuring SLA compliance, service continuity, and cost efficiency, while maintaining a seamless and premium guest experience.

Accountabilities

• Plan & Forecast: Develop demand forecasts and translate into optimized transportation schedules and capacity plans
• Use the analytical, flight, marketing and historical trends to effectively forecast trip capacity & mitigate potential risks.
• Operations Control: Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve capacity gaps, delays, and service disruptions
