Guest Services Call Centre Agent

Resorts World Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Call Centre Agent who excels in delivering exceptional service to guests. You will act as the main communication ambassador, addressing guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring each interaction aligns with the Resort's service excellence.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE ‘N’ level and ideally one year of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
