Job Description
  • Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out, including cashiering duties and room key issuance.
  • Review arrival lists and prepare guest information systems prior to arrival.
  • Welcome guests and provide special recognition to repeat guests and VIPs.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met.
  • Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
  • Manage guest communications including mail, messages, and telephone inquiries.
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Monitor in‑house credit matters and report any discrepancies.
  • Alert Security or Duty Manager of any suspicious activity or persons.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer.
