Job Description- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out, including cashiering duties and room key issuance.
- Review arrival lists and prepare guest information systems prior to arrival.
- Welcome guests and provide special recognition to repeat guests and VIPs.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met.
- Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
- Manage guest communications including mail, messages, and telephone inquiries.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Monitor in‑house credit matters and report any discrepancies.
- Alert Security or Duty Manager of any suspicious activity or persons.
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer.
