Guest Service Agent – REMS

Responsibilities

• Guide guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
• Welcome guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check‑in).
• Offer additional services (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).
• Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions, food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.
• Cover the reception of guests in our office.
• Communicate with Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on specific operational needs.

Conditions and Benefits

• Location: Malaga historic center/Soho/Torremolinos/Malaga airport (depending on company needs).
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 1 hour break; mostly/all evening shifts. Possibility of part‑time starting from 25 hours per week.
