Guest Service Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Manage all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in/out, cashiering, foreign exchange and assisting guests with inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure
- Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received
- Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
- Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through their sales efforts
- Helps encourage guest loyalty by developing friendly, personalized relationships
- Ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations
