Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to manage guest bookings across phone, email, OTA channels and the hotel website, delivering warm and professional service.

You will verify booking details, process payments, upsell room upgrades and packages, and collaborate with Front Office, Revenue and Sales to optimize occupancy and revenue.
