Guest relations manager (beach club in bali)

The Guest Relations role is responsible for overseeing daily guest relations operations to ensure every visitor enjoys exceptional service and a memorable beach club experience. This position manages guest inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently through the reservation system, while maintaining a seamless flow of operations.

Qualifications Fluent communication skills in English. Extensive experience in hospitality, with a strong background in managing guest relations, preferably in a vibrant party environment or beach club setting. Proven experience with reservation systems and sales processes. Excellent appearance, presenting a professional and welcoming image to guests. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and diplomatic approach to dealing with guest issues or concerns.
