Vacancy Description
Assist the Senior/Duty Managers in directing and supervising the activities of the Front Office department. Attend to all guests' queries, improvement feedbacks and compliments, and attend to guests' needs promptly and professionally. Assign rooms for all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences in the absence of Room Controller. Adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements Possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent At least 1 year of working experience in the related field Required Skills: Opera System, HotSOS System, Microsoft Office A team player with an eye for detail Good customer service & communication skills
