OliOli means joy in Hawaiian and is a multiple award‑winning contemporary children’s museum founded by parents passionate about open‑ended, non‑judgmental play. The museum features eight interactive galleries with over 45 hands‑on exhibits. Our diverse team comes from more than twelve countries, including the United States, Latvia, India, Philippines, South Africa, Brazil, Switzerland, Cameroon, Sri Lanka, Colombia, and Egypt.

What This Role Is All About

• Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound sales inquiries, calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails across OliOli and Hoppi.
• Work closely with sales teams to convert inquiries into bookings, maintaining a strong sales mindset rather than a purely administrative one.
• Own the full inquiry‑to‑booking journey: follow up, quote, close, and manage booking details in the CRM system.
