We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relation Agent (Emirati Talent) to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Relation Agent you will be the face of our organization ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival providing a warm and professional first impression
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Respond to guest inquiries requests and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
• Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
