Guest Experience Shift Leader

Everness Hôtel & Resort in a tranquil setting between Geneva and Lausanne invites a Shift Leader to join our front-office team. You will oversee Reception & Customer Experience, coordinate information flow with all departments and help craft memorable stays for guests.

Fluent in French and English, German is a plus; experience with Fidelio/Opera is welcome. You will lead by example, develop the team and ensure outstanding service during shifts in a warm, evolving hospitality environment.
