Guest Experience & Sales Leader

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead who will elevate the guest experience by driving engagement, education, and friendly interaction on the sales floor, creating a sanctuary that sets ALO apart from other retailers.

This full‑time role requires leadership of Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruitment and development of talent, and collaboration with Operations and Visual teams to deliver store objectives and a best‑in‑class guest journey.
