Guest Experience Leader – Luxury Wellness Retreat

REN Wellness Retreat (by ERMS Berhad - a subsidiary of IJM Land) is a premier integrated Hospitality, Health and Wellness destination focused on traditional and complementary medicine. The role leads the Guest Experience & Customer Service to deliver the service vision.

We seek a senior professional with 8–10 years’ hospitality experience, including 3 years in a managerial role. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; flexibility to work shifts and outdoors is a plus.
