Guest Experience & Food Prep Specialist

Mille Lacs Band is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, prepare orders, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards. You will handle light paperwork, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a clean, efficient restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates bring 16+ years of age, basic math, and strong guest-service skills; prior retail or food & beverage experience is a plus. Training and a values-driven culture support growth and teamwork.
