Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai is seeking a proactive Guest Services Centre Agent to act as the main point of contact for guests. You will handle guest requests, coordinate with Front Office and CID, and ensure accurate information flow and timely responses.
Knowledge of resort services, villas, and facilities is advantageous. The role requires courtesy, clear communication, and the ability to assist CID data tasks and shift handovers as part of daily operations.
