Guest Experience Concierge & Bell Attendant

Aloft Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to ensure memorable stays by guiding guests through every step of their visit. You will handle tasks from front desk support to operations, assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or the bell area, and help maintain our brand standards.

We expect a professional appearance, confidentiality, and the ability to move and lift items as needed.
