Sunway Medical Centre is seeking a capable leader to head the Business Office (BOFF) Guarantee Letter (GL) team in Malaysia. Lead operations, ensure integration with other departments, and drive high-quality services for patients and stakeholders.

You will review insurance-related cases, audit processes, supervise daily GL activities, and contribute to governance, cost analysis and revenue management improvements.
