• Build scalable automation systemsby designing and deploying agentic workflows using tools like n8n Claude API MCP servers and other AI-native platformsintegrated with our Dynamics CRM and HubSpot environments
• Manufacture tools rather thanoperatethemcreating systems that GTM team members can run independently without ongoing engineering support
• Own the technical stack across GTM Opsincluding data pipelines API integrations schema design and automation platforms that connect Dynamics CRM HubSpot and the broader GTM toolchain
• Ship tools that peopleactually usefocusing not just on deployment but on enablement documentation and adoption across a global cross-functional organization
